I enjoy playing sports and being outside doing almost any athletic activity. As I got older and spent more time working my health started to suffer. After an injury while working I changed my life style and started going to school to learn about Health and Fitness. I felt better after spending time in the gym and I really enjoyed how much stronger I was getting. Rob started showing me CrossFit workouts and I loved it, I knew it was what I wanted to do. I finished school and I started doing CrossFit full time and have never looked back. I have now over 30 and I am in the best shape of my life!
I have been teaching CrossFit movements for a few years and I have really enjoyed helping people make life changes. Its fun to see someone who hasn't done much recently, turn into a athlete who can run, lift weights and do gymnastic movements.

I love playing and watching sports as well as backpacking, I have always been very active. I have been training with CrossFit for about 2 years. Before CrossFit I had more of a bodybuilder approach and my workouts were boring. My overall fitness was lacking in many aspects yet I had no idea. I was working out the only way I knew how. Now my workouts are fun and challenging and I look forward to helping clients achieve their goals and improve their fitness as well as their quality of life.

I love sports and I enjoy playing on a women's outdoor soccer team that i have been on for 5 years. I also played "footy" australian football in a co-ed leauge this last year and Scott and I play indoor coed soccer once a week. I grew up playing soccer, I played water polo in Highschool, and was a part of a swim team. I love to run distance and i ran my first half marathon this spring. I competed in a traithlon last year and was the swimmer for my team. The last few years I have been teaching group classes like Zumba, Bootcamp and body sculpting. Iv'e always loved to workout and play sports so fitness has been the perfect career for me. Crossfit has helped me learn that working out can be challenging, yet fun. It has made me stronger, and more excited to workout than I have ever been! I always thought i was in good shape from playing sports but i am in the best shape i have ever been in my life from doing CrossFit. I have lost inches in my waist and I've gone down 4 pants sizes in the past year! CrossFit can be for everyone, if you give it a try i know you will be hooked!

I first discovered CrossFit while I was working as a firefighter in Tucson AZ. Before that my training was based on isolated body movements and very little core conditioning. I frequently experienced back pain and generally felt unsatisfied with my level of fitness and health. Very soon after training with the CrossFit movements, I noticed a dramatic difference in my performance on the fire ground. I could work for longer periods of time, all while maintaining the high level of intensity that firefighting requires. I was hooked.
I acquired my Level 1 CrossFit certification in June of 2009 and continued to do the workouts mostly on my own out of my garage. After moving to California, I discovered CFCP and have taken my fitness to another level. Working in the group environment with like minded people has really helped me to push myself harder than ever before.
I look forward to working with everyone and I am excited to coach you to reach your own personal goals.
